It was on this day of hunting that she began to get her memory back with flashback after flashback. It did not say who she was, only how she had gotten to the forest of Panther Ridge. When the memories began to come through faster, she decided it was time to move on. Role sample:
Venom leaned gently over the edge of the creekbed to get a drink from the cold, flowing water. After traveling almost two weeks without the water, she was almost tempted to dive into it, knowing she hated water. The fur on her neck began to bristle. Something was watching her. The sence of eyes glaring at her made her start to grow angry. She had been feeling someone watching her for the past two weeks since she left the forest. She decided to set a trap. Slowly, she walked back into the wooded plain that she had come out of for the creek. As she moved through the woods, she did so quietly so as to hear the footsteps of her follower. The small rustling sound of leaves being crushed and moved around in the trees caught her attention. Without takeing her eyes off of what was ahead of here. She was able to find where the thing was that was following here. Without warning, she lept up from the ground where she stood and dove swiftly into the trees. From behind she attacked the seemingly large creature. After a minor tustle that lasted about a minute, she realized that the thing that was following here was mearly just a young panther from the tribe where she came. Yakul was his name. Venom and Yakul were good friends and excellent hunting partners. "I'm so sorry to have startled you Princess VenomKohaku. I was just watching out for you since you had left without your guards." He said after breathing heavily from doging the attacks in the recent tustle. "I ment to leave without the guards. I was not intent on returning to Panther Ridge. Why did you follow me al this way without makeing yourself known?" Venom stared blankly at Yakul in a kind of curious way. Yakul straightend up to look her in the eye. "I wanted to make sure you were safe by hiding away to where you and no other could see me. I just didn't want you to get hurt. I'm sorry." He dropped his head in a sad jesture. "It's alright Yakul. Are you planning on following me all the way to the next town?" "Yes," he stated abruptly, "I wont let you go alone. You have been there since i was just a cub. You never left me in a bad situation, so now it is my turn to return the favor." He stood with his chin held high. He began to bow when suddenly Venom stopped him. "You do not bow to me. Not anymore. Last i heard, friends don't bow to eachother." She gave him a quick smile. "All I ask of you is to please stay hidden when i am in a new area. I will call on you when needed. But for now, we can walk together. "Their eyes met. He began to feel himself boiling up. He could never let anything happen to her. Not her. He loved her even knowing she was a princess. He watched her start to walk away, then quickly took his place beside her. "FOR NOW HE WILL STAY A SHADOW. NOT TO ATTACK OR SPEAK UNLESS SPOKEN TO. HE SHALL WATCH OVER HER EVERY MOVE. UNTIL DEATH PLAYS ITS PART...
